Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Cropdrop account and its data at any time — directly in the app, or by contacting us. You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting your account (see below). No login is required to read this page.

Delete it in the app

Open the Cropdrop app and make sure you're signed in

Go to the Profile tab and tap the settings icon in the top right

Under Account, tap Delete account

Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account again

This is permanent and can't be undone

No access to the app? Email us

Email support@cropdropapp.com from the address associated with your account

Use the subject line "Delete my account" and include your name or the email on file so we can verify it's you

We'll confirm by email once your account and its data have been deleted, usually within a few business days

What gets deleted

Your profile, name, and photo

Every Spot you've created, along with its products and photos

Items you've saved or liked

Blocked-user lists and reports tied to your account

Push-notification tokens tied to your device

The content of any messages you personally sent

What may be retained

A conversation you were part of may remain visible to the other participant, with your name shown as "Deleted user" — only the text you personally wrote is removed; their own messages are unaffected

Records we're required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes — for example, proof that a Seller accepted our Seller Agreement — may be retained for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy

Deleting your Cropdrop account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel that separately through the store you subscribed with

Residual copies may briefly remain in backups until they're overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle

Specific data requests

Request Deletion of Specific Data

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove certain personal information. You can request deletion of specific data — like your profile photo, a listing, or saved items — while keeping your Cropdrop account active.

How to request it

Email support@cropdropapp.com and describe the specific information you'd like removed

Include your name or the email on file so we can verify it's you and locate your account

We'll review your request and respond within 30 days

If any part of your request can't be completed, we'll explain why and what we can do instead

What this can and can't cover

Things like your profile photo, description, a specific Spot or product listing, saved items, or an individual message can typically be removed without affecting the rest of your account

Some information — for example, records we're required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes — may need to be retained for as long as that purpose requires, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't apply a fixed retention period beyond that; we'll tell you if a limitation applies to your request

This only covers your own personal information — we can't remove content or messages that belong to another user

This is different from deleting your account (above) — your login and the rest of your account stay active unless you separately request account deletion
